Yelp New Feature Idea: The Weekly Connoisseur Review
Background
This is an exercise to develop a new feature idea for Yelp. Below is the steps I took to get to this idea and the feature itself.
The Idea
My idea is to have a weekly connoisseur or expert recommended business for each category within a city. Even though this feature is similar to the weekly Yelp, the connoisseur reviews target one business at a time and give more comprehensive coverage of the business. Users can get additional perspectives and even entertained by watching the tasting process and reading the expert review.
